Thanks for choosing Dropaz. The following page (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms (the Terms) which govern all access or use of our website, mobile apps, networks and downloadable software provided by us (collectively, our “platform”).

Please read these terms carefully before ordering any products from our platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to become bound by these terms. If you do not agree to our terms, please do not access or use out platform. As a consumer, you have certain legal rights when you order products on out platform. As a consumer, you have a certain legal right when you order products on our platforms.

  1. Your Account

To place an order, or access some features, of the platform, you need to register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself (such as your name, email, phone number, other contact information and credit and debit card details). You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current, and that you will keep it up to date. When you register, you may need to create a password, or other secure login method. You must keep your account and password, or secure login method, confidential, and not allow others from accessing your email or mobile phone. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and any password for Facebook, Google, or other third-party login. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If someone else uses your account, you will be responsible to pay for any products they order, and we are not responsible for any other losses you suffer, unless the person using your account obtained it because we did not keep it secure.

You may close your Account at any time by using the contact details in Section 1. We may suspend your account, or close it permanently, if we believe your account has been used by someone else. Also, we may close your Account if we believe you are abusing our Service (for example, by abusing our staff, making repeated unreasonable complaints, applying for promo code to which we do not consider you are entitled, or any other good reason).

All products, Images and information displayed on Website and Application constitute an “invite to offer”. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer. All orders placed by you on the Website and application are subject to availability acceptance by us and conditional on your acceptance and adherence to these terms and conditions.

  1. Age Restricted Products

To place an order for age restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco and cigarettes) from Dropaz platform you must be aged 18 or over. By placing an order that includes age restricted products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Dropaz, and our Dropaz Drivers operates the Challenge 25 age verification policy whereby customers who are lucky enough not to look 25 or over, will be asked to provide proof of age to show that they are 18 or over Dropaz, and our Dropaz Drivers reserves the right to refuse to deliver any age restricted products to any person who does not look 25 or over, and cannot prove they are, aged 18 or over. Dropaz, and our Dropaz Drivers also reserves the right to refuse to deliver any Age Restricted Products to any person who is, or appears to be, under the influence of either alcohol or drugs. If delivery of any age restricted product is refused, you will still be charged the full price for the products, service and delivery fee.

Our aim is to provide the best delivery service possible.

If you have caused a failed delivery, you will still be charged the full price for the products, service and delivery fee. Reasons you might have cause a failed delivery (but not limited to):

 

You did not answer the door, did not pick up the phone call when the Dropaz customer service called you using the contact information you provided.

You picked up the phone but failed to provide access with a reasonable amount of time, and our Dropaz Drivers is unable to find a safe location to leave your order.

Dropaz refuses to deliver your order in accordance with section 5 (Age Restricted Products).

Delivery of the products under your order in the Website and application shall be made as per out Delivery policy mentioned herein. Title of the product shall pass on to you upon the receipt of payment.

  1. Orders

You can place an order with us either by Website or App and choose any of our payment mode made available to you. Orders will be processed for deliveryupon selection of your preferred delivery location, date and time.

When you receive an order through our Platform, an email confirming your order has been completed (the “Confirmation Email”) will be sent to you by us. You are responsible for paying for all products ordered using your account, and related delivery charges, and for complying with these Terms, even if you ordered the products for someone else.

  1. Cancellation

You can cancel your order fully or partially anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we shall refund any payments already made by you for the order as per the prevailing Refund Policy.

On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. Cancellation of Order can't be done/accepted once the products under your order is released for dispatch/ shipped out from our delivery location.

 

ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES AND THE INOVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 

  1. Price and Payments

Our prices include VAT. The prices of our products, service fee and delivery fee may change whilst you are browsing. No changes will affect existing confirmed orders, unless there is an obvious pricing mistake. If there is an obvious pricing mistake we will notify you as soon as we can and you will have the choice of confirming the order at the original price or cancelling the order without being charged and we will refund you the full payment.

Payment for all products and deliveries can be made on our Platform by credit or debit card, or other payment method made available by Dropaz. Once your order has been confirmed your credit or debit card will be authorised and the total amount marked for payment. Payment may also be made by using vouchers or account credit.
