We collect your personal information when you interact with us or use our services, such as when you use our platform to place an order. We also look at how you use our platform, to help us improve our service and optimise customer experience.
When you visit our Site or use our Apps, you are asked to provide information about yourself including your name, Contact Details, Delivery address, Order Detail and Payment information such as Credit or Debit Card information. We may also collect you date of birth to verify your age when you purchase age restricted items.

- When you place an order with us and during the order process (including for payment and order delivery);

We need your information because our App and Prices are vary as per delivery postcode. For example, prices in postcode E7 & postcode SW10 are different that the reason we require your delivery address to give more transparency in our prices and in order to provide you tracking delivery feature and estimated time of Arrival of delivery. For example, it will arrive in 10 minutes or a half hour of time.

We adopt technical and organizational measures to help protect the security of your personal information; however, it is important to know that transmission of information via the internet is not ever completely secure. Although we take steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, against accidental loss, unlawful processing, damage and destruction, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Platform; any transmission is at your own risk.
