SemillonThere are two hero white grape varieties in the Hunter Valley; Semillon and Chardonnay. These worldclass wines consistently express the unique interaction between grape variety and the Hunter Valley vineyards from which they are sourced. We call these wines our Hunter Heroes.Sourced from a small selection of our favourite Semillon blocks. The grapes were harvested at cool temperatures in the early hours of the morning before gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine spent some time on yeast lees to gain extra complexity and mouthfeel.
