Jasmine rice is originally from Thailand and is commonly used in Southeast Asian cooking. This is a long grain variety of rice that has a subtle floral aroma and a soft sticky texture when cooked. The grains are also shorter and thicker than basmati rice. Ingredients: Jasmine Rice Cooking Instructions: 1) Rinse rice in cold water. Place in a saucepan of boiling water 2) Reduce to a simmer. Cook until rice is tender 3)Once cooked remove from the heat drain and leave to stand for 3 minutes. 4)Serve hot and do not reheat. Cooking appliances may vary.
