Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is the first global release from The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney. The whiskey is triple distilled and non-chill filtered using malted and un-malted Irish barley and Irish barra oats. The unusual inclusion of barra oats gives the whisky depth and an elegant creamy texture. Every drop is made at the distillery the first to be opened in Connaught in over 100 years with Head Distiller Brian Taft tasting and hand-selecting every single cask guaranteeing absolute consistency in each bottle. Three copper pot stills distil around one cask of spirit each day making it truly small batch.
